Meet Javier Garcia
For more than 25 years, Javier has worked alongside some of the UK's leading developers, investors and regeneration specialists, helping transform land into places where people want to live, work and invest.
Throughout his career he has advised organisations including Related Argent, Greystar and Lendlease on the strategy, positioning and commercial storytelling behind major regeneration projects such as King's Cross, Greenford Quay and Sailmakers (London). These developments represent billions of pounds of investment and demonstrate how a clear vision and strong partnerships and planning unlock long-term value.
Today, Javier brings that same strategic thinking to Land & General.
Working closely with landowners across the UK, to help identify opportunities, navigate the development journey and connect land with the right partners to maximise its potential. Javiers approach is built on honesty, transparency and long-term relationships, ensuring every opportunity is handled with professionalism and care.
